| Our experience with Amelia Keene was exceptional! When we first met with Amelia she had extensive market knowledge, and a very thorough strategy on how we would get this house sold. Not only did she hold true to her game plan, it happened in the time line she originally gave us. Property values were down for more than 3 years in our luxury neighborhood. But our home sold at the highest price in years. She met the buyers appraiser at our home with a detailed list of upgrades and custom details and a list of all homes that were good comparables to ours that had sold recently in other guard gated luxury communities
We were also able to stay in our home and leaseback free of charge while we waited for our new custom home to be built. Amelia was also present at every showing of our home and worked around the nap times of our twin baby girls. She treated us like her own family. | July 16, 2010 To: Keller Williams Realty Southern Nevada I have been working with Amelia Keene and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what an outstanding real estate Broker she is. My husband and I visited Las Vegas in January and at that tine, Amelia and I looked at several homes for sale and before we returned to Vancouver WA, we made a purchase offer. Amelia helped my husband and I purchase a townhome in Henderson on a short sale and even though it took 5 months to finally get the deal closed, Amelia stuck by us through it all. Amelia deserves the title "Certified Short Sale Professional" more than anyone else I have ever known. Besides keeping abreast of the daily requests from the sellers bank, she coordinated with our mortgage bank, the sellers Realtor, the home inspector, the appraiser and the title/escrow company. Since we live out of town and could not get to Henderson until this fall, Amelia has helped us get the townhome painted, rekeyed and cleaned.
